These measures reflect the security expectations of the financial services industry we serve and are reviewed on an ongoing basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit sensitive information — including account numbers, Social Security numbers, or member data — through our public web forms.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, maintain appropriate business records, and protect our rights. When information is no longer required, we delete it or otherwise handle it in accordance with our retention practices.
